Payment Methods
Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only and the following payment methods are accepted.
- Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard : details are entered manually once order is picked, and adjustments made for any short supply, shipping costs, etc.
- Credit Card VIA PHONE - Orders will not be picked until we have received credit card details.
Please note that orders will be cancelled if payment is not received or unable to be processed after 10 days from receipt.
Shipping
Freight cost will be calculated and added to invoice total when order is picked.
Orders are shipped via Eparcel, Express Post, or Registered Post within Australia, or local courier in the Sydney metro area.
Orders outside Australia are shipped via air mail or surface mail.
Goods will be shipped in a timely manner after payment has been made, providing sufficient stock is in hand.
Returns
Returns are only available under the following conditions:
- No credits, refunds or replacements will be given for incorrect choice.
- Any short deliveries, incorrect supply or faulty goods must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt. Products will only be accepted for a credit/replacement or refund if authorised by us.
- The cost of return postage is at the cost of the customer.
- Credits, replacements or refunds will be issued when the item is returned and inspected.

Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit.
Shipping Cost does not include insurance.
Whilst all care is taken when packing and sending items, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If package does not arrive we will ask the relevent freight carrier to investigate. |
